AZ Audio Player Documentation

When Creating a New Module follow these Steps In Order.

WARNING - DO NOT USE the "SAVE as COPY" Button in the top Toolbar.
This module should Never be Copied!
ALWAYS CREATE A NEW MODULE FOR A NEW PLAYER.

READ - IMPORTANT: Once you create a player module and the folder and playlist paths are saved, you cannot change the Audio Folder Path and have it globally change all your playlist entries. Don't do this. Just create a new clean module.

Set Up Order	Instructions
STEP 1	Create a New Folder and Upload your Audio Files to it. (create folder anywhere in your Joomla root) Everything binds to this folder path. Set it Once.
STEP 2	Enter the Path to that new folder in the Audio Folder box. (ex: audio/album) No opening or trailing / slashes. Then enter a Playlist Name. (default is playlist.json)
STEP 3 (important)	SAVE NOW (just click Save - don't close) to save your Audio Folder path and Playlist Name first. Your audio files will be pre-populated in the Playlist Editor. (if you don't Save at this step, you will have to enter all your playlist info manually)

STEP 4	Click the green JSON Playlist Editor Button to open the Playlist Editor. You'll notice that all the songs from your Audio Folder are listed in the playlist editor. You can Drag & Drop to reorder the list, Edit Titles, or add/delete tracks. If you add a new file to the audio folder in the future, use the Rescan Folder button to add it to the playlist, then save the playlist.
STEP 5	Choose an Image for the player. Typically this image is like an album cover, square shaped. But if using the player in single column layout at 100% you can use a wide rectangle image.
STEP 6	Choose a Layout. Single Column is an up&down layout with the image above the player. Double Column displays the Image on the left and player on the right. Single Column is good if you want the player to use half the page for instance. Double Column is good if you want a full width player. Adjust the Player Width Field depending on what you choose! (ex: single 500px, double 100%)
STEP 7	Set the Player Width (see above). This width is important depending on your Layout choice. Width in px is right for Single Column. Width in % is right for Double Column.
STEP 8	Set the Player Theme Color and Border. The color you choose if for Both the player and border.
STEP 9	Set Menu Assignment, Publish, and Save. View your player in the frontend to make sure it displays and plays tracks. Trick - you can use {loadmoduleid id#} to insert this module in any article. ex: {loadmoduleid 210}
STEP 10	Problems? Check all your Paths. Open the JSON Playlist and edit/save again. Make sure you see a json file in your audio folder. Exact paths are needed to make this work. When stuck, just Create a New AZ Audio Player Module and Start fresh. If you follow the Steps in Order, it All Works!
